The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light: letting Go of Negative Beliefs

The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light

The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light is a part of this blog where I share inspiration, love, and kind words people can use every day. I want to help put a smile on people’s faces. I want to bring a little joy, happiness, and inspiration into the world. The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light is my way of bringing a little light into people’s day.

The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light: letting Go of Negative Beliefs About Yourself

I have been thinking about my mother a lot lately. I often had deep conversations with her. Before she passed away. We were talking about life lessons. I asked her what was the most important life lesson I need to learn? She said, you need to learn to let go. I thought she meant I needed to learn to let people go. Over time, I have learned there is a lot more to learning how to let go than I thought.

We all need to learn how to let go of negative beliefs. One of the most difficult for me was learning how to let go of the negative beliefs about myself. I needed to learn how to see myself in a different light. I needed to learn how to be my own best friend and cheerleader in life. This takes time and effort. It’s hard to build yourself up, but anyone can do it.

You need to see yourself as the wonderful, caring, loving person truly you are. You need to understand everyone makes mistakes. Instead of beating yourself up over the mistakes you make, see the lessons from the mistakes. Learn from everything you do. Stop being so hard on yourself. You are not the mistakes you make. Learn from your mistakes and move on.

We all need to learn how to love ourselves the way God loves us unconditionally. First, you need to understand what unconditional love is. This happened to me through the love of a pet. Most people get a full understanding of what unconditional love truly is through having and loving a pet. I keep this pet in mind every time I need to remind myself that I am loved and worthy of being loved.

Understanding God created us to be happy, healthy, loving, caring, peaceful, and prosperous beings. We are meant to be happy and have the life we choose to have. We just need to see ourselves in a different light. Try to see the good in everything. Try to see the God spark in every person you come across. Be grateful for all the wonder and beauty things and events that come into your life.

I try to do these things all the time. I have realized we are all a work in progress. It’s difficult to change and change takes time. No matter what, we can always make changes for the better. Even prominent leaders are works in progress. I have learned to see myself as an equal to everyone else. We are all special and here to share our wonderful God-given gifts with the world. See yourself as a person who deserves peace, love, happiness, and prosperity.

Thank-you for reading.

The Spiritual Mystic’s Love and Light Letting Go

The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light

The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light is a part of this blog where I share inspiration, love, and kind words people can use every day. I want to help put a smile on people’s faces. I want to bring a little joy, happiness, and inspiration into the world. The Spiritual Mystic’s Loving Light is my way of bringing a little light into people’s day.

The Spiritual Mystic’s Love and Light Letting Go

One thing my mother told me before she died was one of my life lessons was to learn how to let go. Letting go is difficult. When we are attached to a person, place, or thing, it’s difficult to let go. That person, place or thing has become a part of us. It’s difficult to let go of a part of ourselves.

I have learned how to let go of many people in my life. It’s difficult. Letting go doesn’t mean you forget about them. They are still with you and a part of you. Letting go means not holding onto the bad parts or memories.

Sometimes letting go means letting go of things you believe in so you can grow. When you let go of something, you make room for something new to take its place. I have learned to let go of many of my spiritual beliefs so I could grow spiritually. Growing up in a Christian home. I let go of many of my beliefs when I started studying other spiritual practices. As I grow older, I get, the better at learning to let go.

I have learned to let go is a huge part of life. We do it more often than we think. When we move, we have to let go. When we get a new job, we have to let go. When something or someone dies, we have to let go. Learning to let go must be a life lesson for every person. I am sure it is much easier for some than for others.

It all depends on how strongly we attach to the person, place or thing we are letting go of. I know, not a day goes by. I do not think of my grandfather, mother, father, and my beloved pets. But I feet that I have let them go. My spiritual beliefs have helped me a lot with this, as I am sure yours have for you. I believe we are all connected and the death of something doesn’t mean it's gone from you. It is still there in a different form. I also believe we will all be reunited again in the afterlife. That is how I deal with letting go. How do you deal with letting go?

Thank-you for reading,

Much Love and Light,
